I was afraid that the case may be too small for clamp meter as one buyer wrote. The case in fact is not big, it is huge. The clamp meter Flir CM83 fits in place in one part of the case leaving much space for accessories divided into two parts in the other part with a flap. The flap has pockets for insruction manual and CD disc. The outer material is hard. The inner one is soft. As for me I don't think that the zip is waterproof or splashproof as someone wrote.P.S. Now I have all CM85, CM83 and TA11. As I can say the manufacture gives the wrong CM85 meter size. The real size of CM83 is 47 mm x 100 mm x 262 mm and it fits into TA11. The real size of CM85 is 47 mm x 100mm x 275mm, not 49 mm x 100 mm x 262 mm. It is longer than CM83 because of its jaw. But I can place it into the TA11. First I insert the lower part of the meter into its place, then I push the meter jaw to insert it either into the case. The case slightly becomes deformed but it is still functional nevertheless. So I don't worry about it.

Works perfect with my Flir IM75 with all of it's software disc, manual as well as all of the accessories. Excellent build quality, had to do some troubleshooting today which saw me have to go from building to building in the pouring rain then having to work in very dusty locations. This pouch kept all of the contents dry & dust free. With this being a hard case I am also not worried about dropping the pouch while my tool is still inside due to its' rugged build quality & form fitting inner molding.

This case is indeed protective. Although a bit bulky, its main compartment is form-fitted for my DM92 meter with a separate side space for the test leads, allowing them to remain connected to the stored meter. The lid contains compartments for additional leads, clips, etc. - all retained in place by a Velcro'd divider flap.The only reason not to award five stars is the basic construction & materials on a par with every other accessory case you'll see coming from the Far East - with hard usage I'd expect the case would start to show that, though still protecting the meter therein from hard knocks.
