I would recommend keeping one of the foam sections from the original box to use in this case and keep the camera from bouncing around. This is exactly what you will need, even if just walking around your house, taking images and notes.

This bag works great for what I need it for. I use this bag to hold my walkie-talkies and all of the accessories I have for it. I know this isn't for what this bag is intended use but it works for what I need. The insides of the bag are very nice feels like it has a velvet lining or something close to it. The zipper feels good don't think I'll have an issue with it. I just kinda wish this bag had a carrying handle to hold it but the adjustable strap is fine even though I'm not using it.

I used this as a bag for my DSLR camera. I did ensure that it fits well and it did fit well with room to spare. Here are some points to note if you plan to get one for yourself.Pros:- Very thick padding. More than sufficient to pad our camera and protect it well from reasonable bumps and bruises.- Roomy and practical. I was able to fit a digital SLR camera inside.- Camera strap is adjustable and long enough.Cons:- Would have benefitted from Velcro adjustable portion dividers.- A handle sewn into the top would have been beneficial.Overall, I am more than pleased to recommend this bag.
