It installed easily. It took longer to get the product out of the package than it did to install it. It would be a great idea if the president of the company was handed one in still the package and asked to try to get it out of the package without injuring himself and requiring medical attention. It only took a minute to install it and get it working. It fits perfectly. The only difficult part was getting the handle and the arm not to droop. This took a little fidgeting around with it. What you have to do is pull the handle off, then with one hand raise the arm till the chain is tight - then press the handle back on at the correct angle. It might take several times to get it right. The handle looks a little droopy but not the end of the world. Fluidmaster's instructions say: "To rotate the handle pull the lever arm out of the mounting base and rotate it in the position or angle you want and snap the handle back into position."

I have used this same lift arm before. It's your best choice if you want the perfect set up in your toilet flushing mechanism's. This is far better then the metal bend into shape style lift arms that cost about the same as this one. And this one is solid and durable and very easy to install and looks great.

I've tried the most common, easily found, universal toilet handle on Amazon, and it didn't last. This toilet handle is as universal as it gets. Just adjust the length of the lever and the range of the flush. It might take a few minutes of trying different setups, but if you can follow directions, I can almost guarantee you'll get this handle to fit your toilet like it was the original handle.

I won’t lie, I’m not handy. So when my handle broke while my father was out of town I was worried I’d be stuck manually pulling the chain from back all week because I’m spoiled with him living close and fixing things around my house. But I went ahead and ordered this and it came the next morning and looked easy so I figured I’d try. The directions on package are terrible…because it’s so easy. And they are also printed on back of package so it’s hard not to tear them while opening. It doesn’t matter. Ignore them and watch the video on the Amazon page. It takes under five minutes to watch and then install. I couldn’t believe it. It’s been a couple weeks and it’s sturdy and works perfect. Pay attention to which way the handle goes. I had mine forward at first and you had to lift up to flush. Removed and pointed to back and now it flushing down. Stick adjusts so you can move it to whichever side or front your toilet handle is located so works with almost any standard. I think only issue would be if you have a toilet with a back smaller/narrow than standard size because it’s a large sturdy piece. I’m now very aware of how lose all the toilet handles in house are and will be replacing the other two rooms with this one

This product is trash. The lever has no way of staying up. I thought I was missing something in the directions so I went to look up videos of people installing this toilet handle to see what to do. But I couldn’t come across a single video of someone being able to make this product work. Of course fluidmaster has a “how-to†install video but it very conveniently left out the parts that would show how to get the lever to not tilt down. This issue causes my chain connection to the flapper to be wayyyy messed up. I have to keep my tank lid off to watch and make sure the chain doesn’t get stuck under the flapper and make the toilet run nonstop after I flush until I can go out and get a usable toilet handle to replace this abomination. Fluidmaster brand makes some other good products that are well made and easy to use and that’s why I went with this toilet handle without researching more. Don’t make my same mistake!

This is a great flush handle device for broken toilet handles. If the handle separates from the fglapper this devicer is a great replacement. It is sturdy and sdjustable depending on the toliety.I recommend this product to all AMAZON members. Lo compre para un tanque viejo que es curvo, en las ferreterias y almacenes no encontre uno que le quedara bien, y ordenar una palanca para un tanque curvo salia mas caro, esta palanca se instalo en 5 minutos y no he tenido problemas, recomendada.
