Nobody wants the toilet to be loud or difficult to flush!
After four generations of upgrading, flushing is more powerful: the toilet gasket seal will wear out over time and need to be replaced-after replacement, the flushing pressure will be greater and the toilet will be quiet.
Test multiple flushes after installation to ensure proper sealing.
- Step 1: Turn off the water (at the bottom of the toilet).
- Step 2: Flush the toilet to ensure that the water tank is completely emptied.(Rinse again if necessary).
- Step 3: Untie the flushing chain.
- Step 4: Turn the valve stem counterclockwise-this requires some force.You will hear a click.
- Step 5: Take out the flushing device from the toilet tank.
- Step 6: Replace the old seal with your new one (there is only one seal for each toilet).
- Step 7: Put the valve stem back and turn it clockwise to tighten it.
- Step 8: Reinstall the flushing chain.Turn on the tap.

As everyone says it is little smaller than original one but works fine. No leaks after replacing it.I like the material and color too.

There are two sizes. i actually bought the wrong one but put it on anyway. It was too small but stretched to fit and it works fine. now I have plenty of time to get the right size. Thanks for making a great product.

Seems to work good little small, not as thick as the other one. But it seems to be holding the water fine.

I purchased this to replace a worn out part. The part was so worn and stretched out I did not think the replacement was large enough but it was. I watched a video on how to replace it but I thought I would just slip it over the canister, which you can do if you unclasp the chain from the handle. Well I ended up breaking the wand on the handle. It was probably going to break soon anyway. So then I replaced that with a Korky toilet handle. Everything is back and functioning well. No more running toilet every 5 minutes or turning the water valve off and on to flush.

I was a little intimidated when I removed the "original" seal and it was bigger then this on. But it did go on and it did work so thanks, slow leak fixed!

Bought for Kohler toilet, original were also yellow so assumed these would work but they were smaller diameter than OE seals, resulting in imperfect seal and water leakage from tank to bowl. Had to buy the red ones which were wider and work perfectly. These are all basically the same- only the size varies
