I think the most impressive thing about this bench is that it sets up quickly and folds up just as quickly. You can get it down to 20-30 seconds with a little practice.All the reviews are pretty accurate. It's a great bench that holds a lot of weight for its price. The foam is ridiculously hard, it's like working out on a park bench, but it does feel durable. Other than the foam, I don't have a single complaint about it. The seat gap that some folks mention is a non-issue for me; it actually feels comfortable to nestle down into it during exercises.

Sturdy, light weight bench that allows me to work out each morning in my small living room. I push the coffee table out of the way, lay my yoga mat down on the hardwood floor, quickly assemble the bench in under one minute, and I’m ready to go. Easily folds to put away after use. I’m so pleased with my purchase!

Practical exercise bench. Pad is hard, not dense or of soft (foam) material. Durable and heavy. Informed manufacture of the 'gap; which exists between the head rest and the body of the bench. Had to improvise by cutting a foam swimming 'noddle' to fill the gap. Overall, for intermittent use, very practical. Easy to assemble.

I’ve been using this bench almost every day in my home gym, and it has held up beautifully over the years. The build quality is excellent, providing a stable and sturdy surface even during intense workouts. The padding is very comfortable, offering great support for a variety of exercises. This is a very nice little bench. It's compact, it's light, and it absolutely works for me for incline, military, bench, fly. I'm 5'10" about 170lbs, and this makes the difference in terms of lifting smart with some form and support. Great bench!

I needed something that would store compactly in my RV and this was the right size. It was about twice as heavy as I expected when it arrived. This is very sturdy, assembly was easy, and the paint is resistant to scratch damage. The upholstery looks really good, but I'm concerned about the longevity. Will update if it falls apart. Heads up: the lowest the back rest will go (in the bracket) is level. You can lay it all the way down (out of the bracket) and it's about a 45-degree slope -- so, good for inverted sit-ups.

2 year review, I find it easy to move and adjust. Fits needs for most average lifters. If you do planks or pushups on bench it is somewhat unstable side to side. Foot bar should be wider. Incline moves my head/neck is hanging off the top of the bench Making it hard to use bench in this position. Finish material has held up well.

There was a small tear in the back rest of my original bench. Flybird customer service was all over it, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and happy. It is a quality bench and the company stands behind their products. They've got a return customer in me!

Overall the bench is great, all the pins, slots and screws align and fit well, it's pretty sturdy, it has loops at the back legs to screw into flooring for full stability. It folds nicely for storage too. For the money the seating is good, flexibility and ease of change is great, foam pads for curl-ups work well and hold feet well but it's pretty light so I weigh it down when doing them on the floor and using it to hold my feet. The padding material looks good too, couple loose threads from stitching but well finished.If I were picky it could be slightly wider, longer backrest, thicker padding and better build quality to match the sturdy gym equipment, but it's not expected to get 8 hours of use per day either. I'm 200lb and it seems ok for me but you can also tell it's not meant for very heavy people, the structural materials (hollow frame, seat thinner backing) would buckle or break eventually, I would recommend something sturdier made.

Es muy cómodo y versátil, al poder plegarse es fácil de guardar, el único pero que encuentro es que es algo pequeño, mido 1.88 y el respaldo en posición inclinado me llega justo al cuello lo que lo hace incómodo

it feels very fragile, adjusting the seat position takes forever as you have to manually align it and it is very small in comparison to the old one I had before, on the plus side it looks the part.I will probably only use it to perform most basic exercise as i believe it will eventually breake otherwise and changing the positions of the seats takes to long during exercises

This is a good quality bench, but I regretted buying it as I realised that I had been terribly overcharged. They sell for much less with other suppliers.
