This bench is awesome! It took very little assembly...and it's sturdy! It's a great size...and it's lite-weight..so you can easily move it around. I was looking at others, but it seemed like the best choice ...for I needed something to give my stomach and back a good stretch and workout! I could not beat the price! I would def recommend this to others!

Ok, so I am impressed. It is a very nice bench and a killer price. Honestly I was a little hesitant to order it as the price was so cheap, but it is good quality and comes 95% assembled. If you are wanting to set up a home gym and not spend too much, this is your bench.

This product is very good for the price, very stable and comfortable. It was very easy to setup, it came pre assembled only had to screw in to parts to make the seat and the back rest stable, I would buy this if you are just beginner.

The bench arrived folded and was fully assembled, which was a major plus. It came with an instruction and assembly booklet that showed three steps to open the bench. A "tool kit" contained the bolt ring and ball pin to secure the bench once the bench was fully opened. It also came with a foam padded foot/ankle attachment. The back and seat cushions are well-made as well as the overall frame construction. The price and the adjustable features of the bench were key in choosing this product. I am very please and satisfied with the overall versatile construction and appearance.

Received the Weight Bench earlier than expected.It arrived in good condition. All of the assembly parts were included but most of the Bench was already assembled.The Bench is solid and a Great value for the price.

I recently started to renovate my garage into a small fitness room. Find this one has a coupon and I decided to give it a try.It is really helpful that It comes already assembled! I only need to put on the feet stand and change it to the position I like.In the beginning, I think it looks a lit bit "light". When I start to do excise I try to be really careful. But After 2 weeks of use, I must say it is sturdy than it looks! My friend and I both feel confident doing all kinds of training on it. And before I am still renovating my garage, I need to move things around. This bench is super easy to fold and put out of the way.Overall a great purchase!

Great for a home gym. Easily assembled in just a few minutes pretty stable and durable. Easy to adjust to the different levels you need. The cushion is comfortable.Great for upper body workout I used it with dumbbells.When done it folds up quickly so I can put it away .

The product came on time and as expected. The bench looks good, and is made of good quality. Unfortunately for myself it wasn’t going to work out as hoped, so I contacted the company to return in and the customer service was fantastic, they responded quickly and were glad to help. I wouldn’t hesitate dealing with them in the future. Even though the bench didn’t work for me, still 5 stars for great customer service

Updated review: the bench is great for basic press and incline, but decline is not comfortable at my hieight of 6'2"... the bench is a little short. Also, the bench is a little thin so I don't trust it when doing chest supported rows in the incline position and I wouldn't even consider doing step ups. It is definitely a beginner bench that is easy to use and is stable enough fot basic movements. The plus is that It folds neatly out of the way when finished.I must note that the seller is great though, very honourable. I had an issue with the order and the seller worked very hard and was in constant communication throughout the process. I was very impressed with the way they dealt with me and the situation.I give the bench a 3 and the seller a 5, thus the 4 rating.
