I love this vibrating plate. Helps my aches and pains, also very relaxing. IDK about the whole weight loss claim, but for pain it definitely works. Easy to use, Expected noise level, Stable.

Having body and leg aches gets old. Can use this standing or sitting. There are 10 minute vibration presets. Sitting on it while it moves/vibrates/shakes helps lower back and pain lower down. Sitting on a chair and placing feet on it while it does its thing helps with calf cramps. Standing while its moving helps overall cramps and aches. Very surprising. Whole family is using it now and ordering their own, too!

Just got and used for first time! Exactly what I was looking for and it’s built very sturdy and I feel secure on it(am 65)! I can tell it’s increasing my circulation as I am itching in areas that are shaken; for decades I have used a rolling widen wheel massager similar to those used at spas and Gloria Marshall’s during the 70s & 80s which causes same reaction. I also love the size as I can keep in my master bathroom but could see using while watching tv. I have lymphedema in my left arm and know this will help. One last thing … pretty quiet and doesn’t bother my dog at all. Very pleased…was a little skeptical but have been proven wrong!

This product is super easy to use. I bought it because the circulation to my feet causes them to go numb and I hate that feeling, so I started using this and that doesn't happen anymore! I didn't know if it was gonna work so I was planning on returning it if not but I use it every day now for at least 10 minutes. Im shocked it actually took the numbness away but I am so grateful.

It’s ok but mine seems to have only one speed even though I can speed it up 15 times. I wish I would have returned. I don’t think it’s worth the cost
