This vibration plate was not only fun to use, it also had features I did not notice when I purchased it.It has a bluetooth speaker so you can listen to music while you jiggle.As seen in the picture, it can accommodate size 11 Mens feet.I have sensitive feet and this product gave me no issues to use.Suction pads on the bottom keep it from moving around while in use.The speed settings go from 0 - 150, however I recommend the lower side of that scale.Perfect for upper body as well, simply lay in push up position with your arms or hands on the shaker.Would definitely recommend, makes watching TV much more lively.

First time use. Loved it, felt like it was working muscles. Did 8 min and some squats on it. Now my calves and other muscles are feeling pleasantly sore. Husband used it as well, and had same experience. We were both so out of shape we needed a nap after, because it relaxes you. That was a good nap. Legs itched for the first few minutes. I know it has to do with circulation getting increased. The board itself is good quality, sturdy. Was surprised at the weight limit 200kg= 400 lbs, as well as the excellent price point.

When this product arrived, the remote refused to operate. It's like, the cheapest thinnest plastic remote I have ever seen. I knew I would have to return the whole machine, which made me sad, but it had to be done. But, here's the good news. The return included free UPS pick up. That is a game changer for me. The replacement arrived later that same evening, and happily, the replacement order works great with zero problems.It's a beautiful and effective machine. I gave it 4 stars because I love the quality of the device itself. Quality issues on the remotes - it's something the company will need to figure out - but this machine is so extra! Much more stable and user friendly than a lot of the competition out there, IMHO!

I was a little skeptical - until I got on it. Could feel a really good workout burn throughout my legs - glutes and up into my abs. Has a good cardio effect too. Definitely takes effort to keep your balance. Worth the price.

Im sure it will take a bit to go to level 2. I've had multiple sclerosis 25 years now. Level 1 at 20 minutes was very impressive.
