Being vertically challenged (5’3†and plus sized) in a house where everyone else is most definitely not (both over 6’) results in stuff being placed out of my reach. I bought this step stool to have so I no longer have to ask for help with those things up high. The platform is big enough and I feel comfortable standing on it and not worrying that it won’t support my weight. It folds easily and while still bulky when folded, it’s definitely worth it since I don’t have to rely on others to reach stuff (and it also lets me experience what it is like being tall lol).

I have 3 snake encloseres and I needed a stool to get to the top rack that I have my enclosed on. Very easy to fold up and out. Sturdy and made well.

This has a larger platform than my prior work stool. The adjustable legs make it good for any task.This exceeded my expectations.

Bought this to use as a step in front of my camper trailer. It's one of the taller step stools out there, which is what i needed. SUper light weight, and pretty sturdy. Will do well for its intended purpose. That said, I'm 250 lbs, and when standing on it, I can feel a little side flex on the top rails. Nothing to be concerned about, but it's there.

This is the second one I've purchased. They are stable and fold easily to carry in car / truck to provide the little bit of height when needed

I've had this for about a month now and unfortunately, someone has broken the plastic latch. They attempted to force it closed not realizing it was locked. This is not as much of a fault on the stepping stool's part as it is on the users. However, a metal or aluminum latch may have been a better design. It's likely to happen to someone else, especially if you have teenagers. The footstool is a hazard now, if you don't take caution when using it, it will slam shut with full force and possibly snap a finger.
