The mat is okay but not too ideal if placed on top of the carpet as it folds sometimes. Size is a bit long for my walking pad. Still value for money though. You don’t really need to buy a more pricey one if they serve the same purpose.

Cats destroyed the edges so I had to cut it to exact size of treadmill base. I think it will work and protect carpet. In hindsight I could have cut pieces of heavy-duty cardboard for easier and cheaper solution to my needs. I cannot speak to its use as exercise mat. OK product, I guess.

The mat is thin but heavy duty. I have this mat on our back patio with the treadmill. I love that it has not shifted the treadmill. The size is longer than my treadmill which is also a plus. Before moving it to the patio, it was on the carpet in the living room, even then it did not move or have to be repositioned. I am please with the overall product.

Easily folds out to protect the floor. Can easily be folded back up if you're moving the treadmill out of the way.

This mat is just a flat, rectangle mat made of a thin soft rubbery material. But it works well, it's soft to stand on with bare feet, it's water proof and it's pretty long . I use it next to my bed. It isn't a material that gets cold in the mornings, so my feet don't need time to get used to it. I like how it is soft enough to stand on without hitting the floor under it. I recommend.
