We ordered this mat to put under our new walking pad. The mat was the perfect size , check your measurements before ordering, and protects the carpet underneath. The mat came with a carrying case if you were wanting to take the mat to an exercise class. The mat works perfectly for what we needed and we would recommend it.

The mat is pretty thin but does the job. I use it under my small stationary bike, no scratches on the floor.

The small size fits my small treadmill. It's smaller than the treadmills at the gym. But it's big enough for grown adults to use. The mat is a little thin, but it didn't rip or anything and it's been moved several times and rearranged. No ripping or anything and mine came rolled not folded.

I bought a walking pad which is okay to use on either hardwood floors or on carpeting. We have a German Shepherd who sheds a lot, so I wanted to purchase a mat to put underneath the walking pad to prevent fur from the carpet getting caught up in the machine. This mat is the perfect size for the job.It's like a thin yoga mat: thick enough to protect the floor but not so thick that I'd feel comfortable that it'd keep my spine or hip bones padded during Pilates. But, since I bought this as a floor mat and not as a yoga mat: it's adequate. I would feel comfortable doing push-ups on this, though.The mat came tightly folded, the instructions inside of it said to roll it up for a few days and the deep 'shipping creases' would disappear. This mat is as described. It is not too thick and a good size. I purchased the small one and have it under a walk pad and it has worked perfectly. It came folded but the creases work their way out. (Plus it’s under my walking pad so you can hardly see it anyway.)

This mat does not provide the necessary support that it's supposed to under the weight of standard exercise equipmentB

The mat was at least 4" smaller than advertised in both length and width. It didn't fully cover the area under my elliptical, so I rigged up some carpet squares so I could still use it. After 2 easy 30 minute workouts, the mat edges under the legs were worn thin and starting to tear.
