After considering purchasing the more expensive Polywood (for over double the price), I took a chance by ordering just one of these to check the quality, the sturdiness, functionality etc., I figured, if I don't like it, I can just return it.Well, after receiving and putting the one chair together, the next day I ordered 5 more for our new fire pit/patio set-up.As others have mentioned, the first chair took a little longer to assemble, but others were done much faster. I assembled three chairs tonight and it took me about 35 minutes, total.The tools that are included are pretty much useless, so if you have a drill bit with an Allen wrench attachment and a a small adjustable wrench, it will speed up the assembly.I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality and sturdiness of these chairs. Also....these are heavy (in a good way)! They aren't going to blow over, even in a strong wind.Also, a little disappointed that the price got increased by a few bucks after the first purchase, but this is typical Amazon MO.As far as comfort is concerned, Id say these are no better or worse than any other Adirondack chairs. Some older folks might prefer to have a thin pillow for lower back or head support.Long story short, if you are in the market for study, high quality Adirondack chair(s), check these out.

We purchased these for around out fire pit, they sit higher than most Adirondack chairs, easier to get up from a sitting position. We can fold them easily and store them away, very sturdy.

While I had to return these as my requirements had changed returning these was cumbersome. They are heavy and the packages large plus they don’t return to Whole Foods but to ups or drop box so lugging them into the building is no easy feet. Would not recommend

These chairs look very expensive in person. The navy color isn’t too deep and is beautiful. The are very sturdy. We sat in them for hours around our fire and they are very comfortable. Many chairs are hard to get in and out of but due to the sturdiness, it is easy to stand from sitting. Would recommend.

This chair did not take too long to build and was pretty self explanatory if you follow the directions. The tools worked and went together in about 15 min. It is actually pretty nice quality - better then expected. No warping on any of the individual panels. The chair sits flat and comfortable for a bigger guy like me (215) it has a nice folding feature too and were able to transport it to my parents house for a duration in the back of their SUV and just had to fold down the seats. It unfolds nicely and sets up quickly. Also the included cup holder is nice, but is a bit smaller. If you have too small of a cup it has a nice flat holder on the bottom to keep it upright (for like a can). All in all it was a great chair, and i got another one already from the same vendor.
