It is as advertised and works great for me. I put it under my office desk and rest my feet on it. It is made of a hard plastic material but seems very sturdy. I typically have shoes on my feet so I don't use the rollers embedded in the foot pad, but I think they would be helpful to stimulate your feet if you don't have shoes on. My foot rest backs up against the interior side of my desk so I don't have any issues with it sliding. However, I'm guessing it may slide if your doesn't back up against something. Overall, good product.

This footrest is the perfect size, and it is not as bulky as some of the footrests are. I am using it under a writer's desk, and it fits perfectly. It is also very comfortable and well made. It was so easy to put together. I would recommend it if you just need a lightweight footrest that does the job well.

I like the ability to change the tilt and height of the foot stool. It’s sturdy, too. However, it does not stay in place on my carpet. It tends to move backward as I use it throughout the day, which is annoying.

It works fine. Good value for money. I can feel some slight flex as I press against it. I'm not going to stand on it, so it's probably fine. But I could imagine it breaking if someone accidentally put too much weight on it, so use thoughtfully.

Not the sturdiest, but not flimsy either. It gives enough support (I’m 160lbs) and I’m able to massage my feet as well. I really like it.

ok, this is clearly not made of expensive materials. But it does the job and it is perfect for what I needed. I do not expect this to last a long time, but given the price, if I get a year out of it I'd be happy. You should absolutely be gentle with it. Too much force and you will break it. Just don't use it for leverage when you want to move!
