The installation of the replacement part was fairly simple. And I got my bidet up and running again. I will say that the replacement part doesn’t fit super snug, but it’s working as intended. Hopefully it will last in the long run.

The original knob broke at the base and this replacement fit perfectly. I'm going to buy a second one to make sure I'll always have one on hand.

It is unbelievable that you sell this part like can be use immediately after was a received. I'm a woman and unable to remove the metal ring around the black knob that came with the original purchase. Even when using a pair of pliers was no way to remove it.

The knob that came with my Brondell Bidet disintegrated into 3 parts with less than 10 months of use, so even though they sent me a replacement knob for free as a "one time courtesy", I was understandably worried that it, too, would not last a year. This replacement knob works perfectly and is so much better than the original knob; it is clearly far more sturdy and feels much more substantial when you use it. Prying the silver grip ring off the original knob and getting it into this one was a bit of a job, but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Broke my Brondell Swash knob,I guess I turned it too many times and the plastic inside the knob broke. Found this replacement, really expensive for a piece of plastic, really wish companies would make metal ones. It fits fine, but does have some looseness to it, so it’s not a tight Turning knob. It turns a little bit before it engages the interior components to turn on the bidet sprayers. Also, there’s a little bit of a jagged piece of plastic that shows in the crack where you slide the metal fitting over top of this plastic piece, where are the Brondell version does not have that jaggedness. Brondell should really consider selling reasonably priced, metal replacement components. It’s really exhausting when everything is made to be replaced. Three of these knobs would get you a cold water bidet, four of these knobs will get you a hot and cold water bidet from Brondell Swash, so it’s sad that one little plastic component is a quarter of the price of the original. Of course I purchased it, because I cannot live without my bidet.

Center plastic section broke inside the unit. The knob is completely useless. I can't even return because part of it is stuck inside and the knob has broken off.
