We got this a few months back, my husband and I love it. It makes us feel so clean, it was easy to install, it looks sleek and not out of place, the value of this is excellent especially for the cheap price. It's so easy to use and definitely gets the job done!

The beset was very easy to install. It took me about 10 minutes and it was done. It worked perfect but the sprayer had a very small leak coming out of the front so I emailed the company and with in a day they sent me a new sprayer. This beset works great and is well worth the money!

I'm writing this to say this is a good but it leaks a little. I try everything to fix it but it leaks on the side when I turn it on.

These were very easy to install. I installed 4 of them in an evening. There is no leaking from the fittings. The feedback from the family is that they like them. The spray hose attachment is convenient for rinsing things, and will be especially useful now that we will also have a bedside commode to rinse out for my Mom. I would recommend this item.

Product Review:I’ve been using this product for a bit, and while it works okay, there are a couple of issues worth noting. First, it loses pressure at the hose, which can be pretty frustrating if you’re trying to maintain a consistent flow. The other problem is that when you first open it up, you get this sudden jolt of initial pressure, almost like a blast of water that quickly fades. This initial surge isn’t just surprising; it can be tough to handle depending on what you’re using it for. If the pressure stayed steady, this would be a much better product.
