Worked great exactly as it said. You need to know what youre doing to install a new screen though. Its very easy to break ribbon cables and permanently damage the device....

My daughter ipad was working perfectly fine but the screen was cracked. After replacing the screen she now has a ghost screen that jumps all over or does nothing at all. I wish I had left it alone because this didn’t help and now she is sad her iPad is not working. I talked to Amazon customer service and a replacement screen is on the way.I pray this replacement screen works. I will update this review after replacing the second screen.

I fix stuff for ppl. Met a dude and for like 100$ he wanted it replaced. Display cost more than that so he just wanted the glass done. I spent hours searching for a quality one. Tried 2 both failed and the home button is easy to rip, pretty sure thease are just scrap from the factory that gets resold. Does not even stick to device

Easy to install and affordable but quality isn’t great. Screen replacement is too thin. Cracked right after installed.

I wrote a previous review and have since changed from 2 star to 4 star. The only reason 4 star and not 5 star is my battery drains really fast. I have tried 3 different replacement screens and this one is the only one that pops right in and works properly (besides the battery drain) The first time I tried this one, my daughter broke the screen the next few hours, but I believe now, that I did not properly clean all pieces of glass. Even the tiniest piece can cause it to be uneven and crack. SCRAPE all around the edges, use a real vacuum to aide in removal of shards. Try and keep your original touch home button(I believe that would have saved me the battery drain) it is easy to remove and replace in the new screen. Good luck!

No Touch ID …Not a bad screen for the money decent quality at the ribbon for the home button I had to Bandon Hass and flex and almost bend it to fit inside underneath the screen LCD screen in order for it to fit in this particular application it seem like the ribbon cable was upside down bent the wrong direction.But it works well
