Ease of installation: The instructions are fairly clear. I would recommend pulling up a YouTube video anyways. It is quite honestly a 20-45 minute project. Although I have a 3 month old so it was a two hour project for me. Haha.What it comes with: The package came with instructions, three different screw drivers, 2 picks, a SIM card tool, a plunder tool, and tweezers. It came with the screen and the adhesive as well as a screen protector. I would recommend having a small brush nothing more than the size of a toothbrush to clean dust before applying the adhesive.Quality of product: installation was a breeze. The tweezers worked but they are a little finicky. You might use metal tweezers. The blue film on the adhesive does not break apart very easily so make sure to do the installation in a clean setting as to not kick dust up while workingProduct operation: the screen feels very strong and is very responsive. The brightness feels stronger than the factory screen but that could just be me. It is very scratch resistant and the fit is perfect. I’ve noticed no drop in battery life than what I did with the default screen. Overall, huge bang for the buck!! Buy this!!

Initially, the touch sensitivity was slightly heightened, which made it feel a bit too responsive. This works for iPhone 11. The screen is not Apple quality; not as crisp. It is much cheaper than a new phone. It’s easy enough to install and comes with everything you need to install it. Pay attention to the screws as you disassemble so that you can get it right during assembly.

It came with a complete set of tools. I didn’t need to use extra ones. I followed a YouTube video because it comes with written instructions and I do better with a video. The screen works perfectly! It also comes with a screen protector. Now my phone’s touch screen works as it’s supposed to! Brightness and sound are good. It even takes good pictures! I’ll definitely buy this for future phone repairs.

As an experienced DIY’er when it comes to replacing screens, this kit was one of the better ones I’ve ordered. Pros: solid connectors, well written instructions, links to installation videos, added tools were excellent, on if the easiest to apply adhesives. Cons: not so solid triangular pick, suction cup could be a little bit bigger, although easy to figure out, the iPhone connectors placement in the instructions didn’t exactly match my model and the added screen protector lacked the usual accessories (alcohol pad, drying pad, anti-dust sticker and maybe mounting tape). The last one was not a necessity, but would have been a nice to have. Overall, it was a good, solid purchase.

Didn’t think much because of the price but this thing ended up working out really well. Can’t speak to longevity, clear differences between the original and replacement but it does work, the directions made it super easy, and it came fast.

The package came with everything that I needed for the install. Instructions were straightforward but were not as descriptive as I may have liked when it came to explaining how to remove the “glue†which was actually an adhesive strip. I had to scrape it off with an exacto knife because I was fearful of using heat to soften it once I had the phone open. Also, it took quite a while to get the original screen off because I didn’t heat the phone well enough I suppose but I was worried about damage the inside components if I heated it too much. The instructions are not clear about exactly how to point the heat and how much. Be absolutely careful about your screws because they are super tiny. I suggest installing on top of a white surface and far away from an edge or you will otherwise risk dropping one and losing it. Everything you need will be inside and it is pretty easy to install. I only have two small concerns. The new screen is ever so slightly thicker than the original which gives it a very slight protrusion from the case. It will not be such an issue if you keep a case around your phone since the corners will be protected but if you do not, your screen will be more susceptible to cracking if your phone is dropped on a corner since the screen is not flush. Also, the colors of the screen seem a little bit off and dim to me. It is fully functional and doesn’t throw me off enough to be upset with my purchase but it’s one of those nitpicking things I can’t stop seeing. This took me about two hours to install but only because of the glue. Everything else was simple. Price is good for value. Much better than paying 150 to have someone do it. So far the connectivity is good with no issues. Fingers crossed
