I used this to replace my broken phone screen. I’m on a strict budget and I’m a bit tech savvy/engineering-brained, though I have zero experience with fixing small electronics like iPhones.First off, there are no instructions, but there are YouTube videos and other tutorials you can follow, which is what I did. The parts are small, the process is tedious and anxiety-producing, and I considered giving up. If you have the ability, video the process as you do it, so you can look back at the tear down process as you’re putting it back together. Some of the reinstall gets confusing, mainly which screw goes where. With that said, give yourself an open desk space with good lighting, and be very particular about how you organize the pieces as you take it apart. Also, be very gentle. The small ribbon cables break very easily. The complaints people have related to things other than screen/digitizer/home button complaints are probably due to accidentally tearing one of these cables. They are incredibly fragile.If you pull this off, it is very rewarding. The screen looks great and is high quality, although it does have a slight green/blue tint compared to the original.

Exactly what I needed and it works very well!.. I recommend this product if you need to change the screen in your phone, and it’s very easy to do yourself, just take your time!

Ordered screen and received it promptly. Set right into installation, using the video instructions on the product page, and an instruction video I found on YouTube, for some of the more difficult spots where I needed more guidance. I've done lots of repairs on Mac laptops, but iPhones are more difficult, because everything is so much smaller and more tightly packed. Installation was painstaking, but it all worked out as shown in the videos, and I was happy to find my phone powering up and working as well as it did before.The only real difference I have noted so far is that my new screen is more blue in hue, and lacks the warmer color profile with which I am accustomed. I have found some color controls in the Accessibility settings and have been experimenting with ways to make it more pleasing to my eye.Good product. Good price. I'm satisfied with this screen and would buy one again if needed.

Maybe I missed something but the new seal and glass screen protector shown in the images was not in the box. Display and tools worked well, no issues otherwise

Amazon always has great prices for replacement parts. They are my go to for screens. Beats paying $60-$250 for a replacement screen and waiting days or a week before you can pick up your device. This screen was a perfect fit for this phone. We keep two older phones around so if something happens with our current phone we have a back up. The screen was busted from when my daughter had this phone and now it looks brand new. Instructions are through a QR code that pops up a video, make sure you apply the glue edge prior to connecting the screen back to the main frame. That step seems to always be missing in these instructions.

So received this product to replace the broken one on my iPhone 8 the screen is of good quality for price not perfect but as stated price point puts it well colour is just a tad off but barley noticeable and the tools are a bit cheap so be careful with them but will do the job

Très bon écran mais le montage est long et demande de la minutie.Il faut démonter tout un tas d’éléments de l’ancien écran pour remettre sur le nouveau.Un conseil quand tout est bien branché, remettre la batterie et allumer l’écran pour vérifier que tout fonctionne avant de le remettre définitivement….Ça évite de tout avoir à démonter à nouveau pour ajuster le branchement d’une nappe.🥴
