1) What can I do to retain the Face ID of my phone?
1. Face ID only works with the original front camera and sensors assembly for user protection, you have to install the original iPhone 12 Mini digitizer screen components on our screen correctly.
2. If the Face ID doesn’t work after using the screen installation, please make sure all the parts are put in the correct places, and reset the Face ID on the setting then do a hard reset.
2) There are black/white dots or lines on the LCD iPhone 12 Mini touch screen, what should I do?
This may be caused during transportation, incorrect installation, or incorrect usage of the screen, please do not press too hard on the screen or drop it during installation or daily use.
3) Why does the touch function can't work properly after connecting all the cables?
The touch issue might be caused because the cables are not installed correctly. Please try to unplug all the connectors on the logic board. Then use dust wipes or cotton swabs to wipe all the sockets carefully and reinstall the screen. Make sure you connect all the connectors correctly with a "click" sound and make sure the metal plate over the connectors of the LCD digitizer for iPhone 12 Mini is screwed down properly.

This screen was great! Exactly as advertise. They provide amazingly great tools and a screen protector. The replacement screen is not an OEM OLED, but a LED screens, which really isn't a big deal. It is a hair bit thicker than OEM's, but not a big deal. To help protect the screens, just in case, they also provide a screen protector to go over the screen...so if dropped, the screen protector should break before the screen. Also, if you have a decent case, it shouldn't be a concern. Keep in mind it is reported, LED iPhone screens can use 20% to 30% more power than the typical OLED screen. So if you notice your battery needing to be recharged more often this could be an issue. OLED replacement screen can cost twice as much as an LED replacement screen, or more. I just depends how you will be using your phone. Good luck.

pros- a complete set preassembled exactly as described- screen worked without any issues whatsoevercons- a very cheap and badly manufactured set of tools- lots of stripping so be gentle and extra careful - there are no additional screws in this kit- one screw stripped so badly from screwdriver it was unusablerecommended if you have your own tools to work with

The product came very fast, but it was of poor quality. The newly installed screen was damaged in one spot, having a grey dull spot on the screen. Also, the new screen clicks randomly and slides around without me touching it. I'll have to get a new screen ASAP.Update: The screen has gotten even worse and I've not been able to use my phone. I'd recommend a refurbished OEM screen.Update: improving my rating because their customer service was fantastic. They gave me the options to get a replacement or get a refund and they made the whole process very easy. I'm very appreciative!

My screen had cracked pretty bad, so I gave this replacement a try. I was surprised at how easy it was to switch to the new screen. It was a total of 7 screws and 4 connectors. The whole process took under 5 minutes. I had no previous experience with anything like this before. The kit includes a helpful magnetic screw tray and magnetized screwdrivers to work with the tiny screws. The new screen works as good as the old one - I would have never been able to tell the difference. I did not change out the home button, so I did lose the Touch ID. However, it was so easy that I am considering opening it back up and swapping them out.

Arrived fast, easy to replace, and even came with a few extras. All the tools were included of course, but it also came with a nifty magnetic picture of the inside of the phone with the screws that need to be removed clearly marked. It worked great to put each screw on the picture where I removed it and the magnet held them in place. The picture wasn't exactly like my phone...there was one additional screw in the phone that wasn't on the picture, but close enough and a very handy feature.The screen looked like an exact match of the original. As stated, I had to swap the old sensor to make it work, but that was easy and did the trick.It even came with a very nice glass screen protector!Ended up being the easiest screen replacement I've ever done. No complaints at all.

Product is not for iPhone 6s has four cable instead of 3 to connect to phone. Nice product but not for model indicated.
