This is a great Kit, but you have to be handy.Be sure to watch a video firstEverything is included for installation, including a magnetic board to keep track of all the tiny screws, magnetic screwdrivers ( you definitely need for these tiny screws)Make sure you use a heat gun to soften up the old glue!Installation would be extremely easy if you all you needed was to connect the new screen to the two data ribbons but—- you have to reuse two or three items—the cameras, the button at the bottom of the screen and speaker. These are very small items and a pain.I would definitely pay more if these items were included!I now have a new phone!

This was not the first screen that I have ever installed on an iPhone, but it's the first time that the screen arrive DOA. The kit is well organized with everything that you need for the install. Too bad the screen didn't work.

Product listing incorrect, purchased for my 3rd gen iPhone SE, tore down the old phone, only to get to the button and realized that the new screen was incompatible. Seller, change your listing and I’ll remove the poor review.
