This product works well tests, all major elements of the water, including salt. The salt testing is not quite accurate for a pool, but all other elements are tested properly.

We have a salt water pool. These test strips far exceed the test strips that our installer supplied. Don’t hesitate!

These strips seems to fairly accurate. I don't only use strips to test the condition of my pool. I use the strips in between the weekly liquid testing to make sure nothing has changed drastically. They seem to be fairly accurate against the Taylor test kits. I personally would not just use these to test your pool water.I had no issues using these test strips and the instructions are clear to understand and easy to read against the chart on the bottle.

I have been using the AquaChek Salt Test Strip Titrators for Pools, which I have found to be very accurate. They do not use color squares. The strip has ruler marks that indicate 380 to 7380 ppm salt. Using these I know my pool is at 3500 ppm. Thought I would try the Joygain product because it included a salt test for slightly more money than similar products that do not include a salt test. The Joygain product (uses a color square) indicates 2000 ppm (very bad!). Based on this the salt test is pretty much useless. The other tests (chlorine, ph, etc.) appear to be consistent with the current test strips I use for those quantities, but if you don't have a saltwater pool there are less expensive products that do not include a salt test. I DO NOT recommend that you buy this product.

I have a small inflatable Coleman spa that I need to test regularly. I’ve used the strips from the pool store but they seem expensive compared to what you can find online.I tried these to see if they would be a good replacement and they didn’t disappoint. They are just as easy to use and effective.I compared the results of these test strips to the other test strips and the results were similar and the colors didn’t bleed.I would get these again.

Opening the lid revealed the foil had already been removed. Shipped in a bag that said "Ready to Ship" Product is moisture sensitive and can not be relied upon

Showed colors that weren't on the scale. Took my water to get tested professionally and it was within the scale which should have showed the color in the scale.
