Really fun. Fast little boats that were great in the lake. They flip around, go really fast, and have longer range than I expected. Batteries don't last super long, but they come with 2 so you can keep charging.We had fun racing two of these, and crashing into each other playing "tag". They hold up very nicely.What a value.

Update: this company has insane customer service, they saw the review, reached out directly, and made everything right!I now have a fully working system and am super happy with the experience.If you have an issue, contact them, they will do what it takes.My issue was that the battery compartment screw stripped out, so the cover was not holding the batteries in place properly.So the first time I used it, it was fun. It has good speed, the controls work well. Sometimes too well, this thing can make some pretty sharp turns.However, I tried to use it a second time and it just flat out wouldn't turn on. I thought maybe I accidentally grabbed some old batteries, so I replaced them, and still nothing.What I discovered was that if I squeezed the battery compartment, it would work, but this obviously made it hard to operate. I ended up getting it stranded in the middle of a pond and just left it.I really wanted to like this, but it's just not made that well.

What a nice little r/c boat I thought. That was until we ran it. So I bought this early for my son's birthday this month, June 15, of 2018. Bought in March and have had it stored away. Took it out on Thursday June 7 and thought I'd give it to him early as we took a camping trip from the 8- the 10th. I opened it and charged it up while I went through the instruction manual. I greased it and all as book didn't say if it came like so from factory. Seemed like it had some but went ahead and put some more. We setup our camping spot and hit the lake for some sight seeing and so that I may surprise him with his gift. He loved it. We put it in the water and ran like a champ. It's great, battery died and upon taking the battery out I noticed the motor was really hot,(it even has a "don't touch" symbol on it. So we relaxed and let it cool down before putting in the other battery and having another go. So we did just that, it "died" rather quickly; more like the motor burned out. Or so I thought, or I didn't charge the battery fully. I opened it up and indeed it was smoking and there was a charred surface around beneath the battery. Utterly dissapinted! We all were. That was on friday, our first day and 2nd use out of it. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! Says it has a water cooling system, yet there is no actual pump to pull water from whatever body of water you're running it in. Got home today, and disassembled it. Put it back together and gave it another go. Runs slow as in limp mode and battery died within a couple seconds. UTTERLY DISSAPOINTMENT!!! $70 down the drain. I can't even return it because the window closed in April. Ridiculous! I should NOT have to look into repairing it! How can I even get a refund or an exchange for a new one!!!!???!?!?!?! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! I had to wait until it was in stock and went ahead and ordered it as I didn't know if I would order it this month let's say, they would have it in stock or not. What do I do in this situation. I'd like to make a claim for a faulty product!!

I have to say, this is an amazing RC boat. We actually bought 2 of these for our son's because we loved the first one so much. It's so much fun and our boys aged 12 love how fast they screen across the lake. It also has a self rescue feature should it capsize which is very handy. If you're trying to decide between another boat and this one look no further then here. Not only is it a great little boat but the company behind the boat is great to work with. Sadly one of our boat had a motor failure but we were out of warranty. I contacted the them to see if I could buy a replacement motor and they very happily sent me one free of charge and it arrived in a matter of days. I was able to quickly and easily swap the old motor out for the new one with no tools other than a tiny screw driver. My son was so happy to be racing his boat out on the water again. I highly recommend this baot!

the boat is not so bad, but the propeller is weak, and the spare part was missing ... it's impossible to buy it on amazon and even on other website ...then the boat will finish to garbage ...Sad for this price .

It was fun playing this rc toy boat on the lake with the family, it works very well, fast enough and we enjoyed it! I like that it has another sub cover as it really sealed the interior where the esc and battery are located.

Received item in worst packaging condition.. Not like a new product. It must be an used product or returned by someone.. I would have kept if the item was at least in working condition.. Placed return request.. There was no return attempt today.. However I have received a message today as "Your return pickup for Remote Control Boats f~ could not be completed as package was not ready. Re-attempt by end of next working day." This unprofessionlism is not acceptable at all..

Great boat, one fix I had to do was to hotglue the cooling line in place, it was coming off and filling the boat with water.very quick, great quality remote. Gave to my 11 year old and he is ripping up the pool. Rubberized nose protector is a win at protecting my liner!
