This is a great, old school, wrist and forearm workout tool! It couldn't be more simple to use: loop the strap around a dumbbell, extend the strap, hold your forearms parallel to the floor, and wind the bar so that the strap lifts the dumbbell. Repeat the same action in reverse and/or switch hand positions for other variations. Fantastic way to improve grip and wrist strength!

When I was younger, I used to have a forearm strengthener that was essentially a dumbbell bar with a string on it. Worked ok at the time.This is essentially the same thing but much sturdier.Works well and great for building up the forearms.Easy to use. Has guides on either side of the strap to keep the strap from wandering while rolling up and down.
