I purchased these on a mission to find a more economical lid. I tested on a couple of jars and they all worked. Next batch I used just these lids, and again, they all worked. I've had zero problems since. They are now my go-to lid. ALL jars sealed exactly as they were supposed to. Not a bad one in the bunch. VERY happy!

They have a good seal rate. Some of these have lasted for 2 years with food still good and a good vacuum still on jars. Often times need a can opener to remove the lids from the jars.

After successive failures using cheap lids, I followed recommendations to use Forjars, although they cost more. I have found they have a far higher success rate, with only an occasional failure which is possibly caused by me not leaving enough headspace at times
