When these bits arrived, there were 2 = 1/2†bits and I thought I was missing the 5/8†bit. I processed a return but before I could send the set back, the company contacted me asking what the problem was. I told them and in 2 days I had a 5/8†bit. When I put it in the set, I noticed I was mistaken and it was actually the 7/8†bit that was missing. I felt really bad but I contacted them and offered to send the extra bits back if they could get me a 7/8†bit. They responded that they did not have a loose 7/8†but in stock and that they would ship me one from their factory or I could return the set for a new one. I said I would wait for the 7/8†but honestly I wasn’t expecting to ever see it. Well…. Today I got a package and it was the 7/8†bit. I have been using the bits for lots of projects and they are sharp and work great! I highly recommend these drill bits and this company.

Liked the value for the money. Overall a good product for what you pay. Heavy duty bit, good and durable , works best with hard woods , softer woods like pine it tears the wood. Overall good buy for drilling precise clean holes.

Like others have reported, the set arrived with all bits laying loose inside the case.As for anyother questions, I bought this as a back up to the indivual bits that I had bought previously (different brand). Will update this review after I actually use thisset.

Pros:1) Price - I would've paid up to 2x more at the local warehouse store2) Packaging - packed in a nice plastic "bottle" with a screw type lid. Not the flimsy form pressed retail plastic packaging.3) Tracks well - doesn't wander or pull. (Note: I used a drill press but there was no lateral pressure on the workpiece4) Ejects shavings cleanly. At 2+ inches there is a lot of shavings so you need to clear the hole frequently5) Minimal tearing at the bottom of the hole. (I was drilling in pine and oak).Cons:None so far but - I haven't used this on really hardwood so I cannot comment on the heat generated or how long the bit will remain sharp.

I used it to make a shelf to hold Essential Oils for newly remolded bathroom. Worked great. I also use them in shop shelves for screwdrivers etc.

Müsste 24 Löcher 25mm in Fichte Bohren, ca. 5cm Tief.Die ersten 10mm gingen zügig, da die Späne wegfliegen konnten. Sobald der Bohrer voll im Material ist, stauen sich die Späne bis es fest verstopft ist.Dadurch gibt es kein Fortschritt mehr und es wird schnell warm.Musste alle paar mm den Bohrer mit einem Schraubendreher frei machen.Meiner Meinung nach eine Fehlkonstriktion.

Eigentlich etwas enttäuscht. Musste 40mm tief bohren in relativ weichen Holz. Masshaltigkeit i.o. Aber Bohrer erzeugt unglaubliche Reibungswärme und musste selbst da dauernd mit Bohroel nachhelfen. Für diesen Preis bekam ich schon auf Flohmarkt 4 Stück....zwar auch nicht das Wunder....aber immerhin viel billiger. Werde ich nicht mehr kaufen
