This Fotasy Pentax PK lens to Fujifilm X-Mount Camera Adapter works great on my X-T2. I purchased this to mount an old Pentax 50mm K-mount f1.7 lens I found at a thrift shop. The lens glass was immaculate and only cost $30, including a 2X teleconverter. With this adapter, I was able to mount it on my X-T2 and get beautiful pictures. Not quite as good as my $900 Fuji 56mm f1.2 lens, but for $46 ($30 lens + this $16 adapter), it was able to take pictures about 85% as beautiful. The only downside is that you lose autofocus and the pass-through information about camera settings (i.e., the lens cannot "talk" to the camera to embed the aperture data in the image file). With the 2X teleconverter, the pictures were quite a bit muddier and not worth the effort in my opinion, but I'm certain that's the fault of the teleconverter, not this mount adapter. If you're contemplating putting a Pentax K mount lens on your Fuji mirrorless camera, this is a great value and works wonderfully.

It is a good value and it does the job. I currently use this to adapt 4 lenses to my Fuji XT1. All work great with it.If you are looking to adapt you already know that you will not be able to use auto focus. This will make the camera manual focus only.It takes a bit of getting used to, but Focus Peaking and highlights of the Fuji really makes this idiot proof. I have a great time shooting our 1 year old (it is a workout, I can not lie ). Since I got this adapter about 2 weeks ago I've probably shot 8000 pictures (I took the advice of every parents out there to take as many pics of my daughter as I can seriously LOL).I use this adapter with:SMC Pentax-M 28mm F2.8,SMC Pentax-A 50mm F2,Takumar 135mm F2.5 (Favorite)SMC Pentax-M Zoom 80-200mm F4.5.

I didn't expect much from this $17 adapter, but at first impression I'm pleased. Full metal build is sturdy, and both ends fit well, with slight play that won't effect performance. The locking mechanism is a little wonky and requires some work to remove the lens from the adapter, but it keeps the lens locked. I'd rather the lens be harder to get off than unsecured.TLDRIt's cheap and sturdy. It works. If you don't have the extra cash to buy a $100 adapter, this will do fine.

Bought it to use an older Pentax lens I have with the Fuji X-M5, being a Pentax user. The adapter fits very well, can’t see a reason to buy the more expensive adapters.

This is the third Fotasy lens adapter I've purchased. 1 was M42, 1 was C/Y, and this Pentax one. All to the Fuji X mount. All three work great, and allow focus to infinity (well, a little past infinity, but I haven't found ANY adapters that don't). They are solid and have no play once "clicked" into place. I would not hesitate to buy more if I needed another adapter.

Using the Fotasy Pentax, Canon, and Olympus adapters for my X-T2. They all have no electronic connection and work well. No problems so far. It's a great way to play with vintage glass if you don't need AF.

When I bought this I was looking for a cheaper alternative to add more lenses to my xa5. I shoot film so I have a few Pentax k lenses emaitting around as well as some canon fd lenses. This brand really hit the nail on the head with these adapters and they are reasonably priced. The vintage lenses are just as sharp as anything else on the market today and are FAR LESS EXPENSIVE.In the picture I attached, I used a 50mm f/2 Pentax k lens with the adapter on a fujifilm xa5

I have some m42 mount lenses so I bought a m42 to K adapter to it. However, once I mounted it, it cannot be removed any more. I think it is the problem of this adapter because even I mounted K lenses to it it was very tight, very very hard to unmount. Now is done, I cannot mount K lens any more unless I bought any adapter.
