Warm Tips to Better Use This Endoscope:

3. The best imaging focal length of the product is 2cm-10cm. Please use it in this suggestion scope, and clean the front of the camera with a clean soft cloth to achieve the best imaging effect.

Excellent piece of equipment. I needed to remove these torx screws to be able to replace my car door handles. The thing is that you could only remove them thru a small hole on the door side and they are about 2-2.5†deep from where the opening is and unless you had a magnetic head torx screwdriver, which I didn’t, the screw will definitely fall to the interior of the door. Only one fell to the bottom of the door which I was able to retrieve. To make matters worse you couldn’t simply remove the door panels and reach them. You had to remove a second panel and tape the window glass. Even worse some of the bolts to remove this second door panel kept spinning and wouldn’t come out. I tried ordering these screws from the car dealer and they could not find them or order them for that matter. I’m telling such a simple thing became a whole nightmare. With this small camera I was able plug it to my IPhone and see everything on the screen after downloading its app. I just introduce the head with its lights thru the hole and locate where they were. They happened to be stuck on the inside of the door. I was then able to insert a bent clothes wire hanger and tip them to the bottom which has a small opening where I was able to retrieve them. I can see myself using this tool for so many other things.

Easy to set-up and connect, great images, very useful, but not waterproof.I've used this for automotive to check check brake pads, plumbing to see into walls and pipes, and to check for leaks in my pool.Worked great until I checked for leaks around my pool light, then started acting funny, then died the next time I went to use it. My guess is that it leaked and shorted out the circuit board.I loved this little device until it died after using in my pool.I initially had trouble with the connection, but after using a couple of times figured it out, it is slightly non-intuitive.

I mainly purchased this Endoscope to look inside bird nest boxes we have installed in a nature reserve to help our Native Birds. It works well very good picture . my only "Con" is that the stiff and unbending camera head is longer than expected which limits its ability to go around a sharp bend. When I poke it through the box opening and then have it shaped to look down its too close to the bottom of the box to get a true look at the entire box contents (I have almost touched the bird nestling's) I have looked at many other brands and it seem that most are also just as long. As a simple endoscope this is very effective.

Recently there's something wrong with my kitchen plumbing and I'm not sure what went wrong. Before hiring a plumber to assess and fix the problem I wanted to see for myself if this is something that I could fix, or at least know the cause so I won't get ripped off by any plumber that comes later.I checked to see if I can find any endoscope and gambled on this, not knowing if it'll actually work. To my surprise it's very easy to set up, and actually connects via Wifi, so it is literally compatible with any device.Quality feels nice and the camera quality is actually decent, I was able to find where my clog is and what exactly it is, and called a plumber to fix the problem.I feel like there could be much more used for this device, and I'm sure it'll be very useful for me down the road. Highly recommend it to everyone looking for something similar.

Hard to connect hardware to the app. The app is basic but functional. The iPhone adapter that comes with is junk, it is too sensitive and loses its connection as soon as you manipulate the camera and phone. It's a two person operation : One person holds the phone and connection stable while the other fishes the camera. *When it all works, the picture quality is excellent and the light allows you to see well in dark areas. The camera and light allowed me to easily locate a water line in a ceiling for example.
