Wifey is allergic to Pollen and hoping that this will help tremendously.The Filter holder has a ridge that fits in the filter folds to help hold it down properly.I didn't have the tools to modify the holder - so I modified that the filter and made a slit when the holder slot/ridge would sit correctly. Making a slit on one side seemed to be enough. This filter was much better quality - it was thicker on the sides and seemed to hold it's shape better. The filter materials seems to be much thicker than the plain paper one. Hoping this will trap all the allergens/pollen for the wife. Also to note - the old filter wasn't sitting quite as tight as it should and you could see on the edges where there was a gap. Live and learn.

An easy 10 minute self-install for my cabin air filter that saved me from a $75 dealer installation. The FRAM filter fit right into the RAV 4 Hybrid's filter frame and it was good to go. I pull out my cabin air filter every 6 months and tap the element a few times to shake out most of what collects there and then put it back in to get another 6 months out of it. I do replace them annually and it keeps the air in the cabin fresh and clean. FRAM has always been my first choice for filters for all my vehicles.

Ever get in your car and it just smells 'old' or stale? Well, changing the cabin air filter makes a big difference and this one was easy to install (per my husband). It took away the stale smell and saved us at least $90 at the dealership!

The direction of the air flow on the filter was hard to read. You have to make sure that you have the filter installed right side up. Air flow in most Toyotas is the air flow is flowing downward.

Review for 2024 Toyota Highlander. Product fit is okay. Width is fine and the foam borders on either side seal up well against the tray holder. Length is just a tad short, maybe 1/8" overall. 1-star deduction because the edges of the filter are rigid, which is fine to support shape, but it does not take into consideration the raised cross bracket on the tray. Because of this, the user has to cut with scissors or a knife notches into each side of the filter element for the element to sit correctly in the tray. Not a big deal, but you'd think a mfg like Fram would have thought of this detail.

Fits 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, per the FRAM fitment website. Listing description is not accurate. It seems like it helped with odor in my system too, but only time will tell for sure.

It's an air filter. It shouldn't be rocket science. However, two problems with the fit. First, there is no directionality arrow on the product, so I can't be certain that air flow is correct. That is probably not a big deal, probably most air filters are bidirectional.The bigger problem is that when I tried to place it in the holder for the air filter (2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE), the side walls are just slightly too thick and I had to jam it in very tightly. As a result, I'm concerned the filter will be compromised slightly. I'll take it out in a bout 1-2 months to check. But this does not bode well.After I ordered this, I checked "real world" testing on Fram filters and found that their quality does not measure up to other brands, even "no name" brands. I'll probably avoid Fram products in the future.

Perfect fit for my Rav4. Way better price than automotive stores. Always change cabin filters yourself, don’t waste money at oil change places or dealerships. They’re meant to be changed without any tools

Filter had to adjusted to fit in the Toyota Rav 4 Cabin Air Filter basket. There is a guide in the basket that is wider than the filter..Also the Filter does not have a flow direction arrow. I installed the darker Filter side down in the Filter basket.Still, a cheaper Filter and install, than the dealer price.
