I got these for my in-laws and grandparents to keep them updated with pictures of our kids since we live far away. They are easy to set up and connect to WiFi. the picture quality is pristine, the pictures upload very quickly via the app, and the family loves seeing new pictures cycle through constantly. The frame notifies the person when they have new pictures, you can upload short videos, and caption/crop pictures as well. It’s an amazing gift for the ones who have it all, like sentimental presents, or are just hard to shop for. I highly recommend

This was by far our favorite gift to GIVE and for our recipient. The wood frame is so cute. The app and set-up was very easy! The picture frame also displays time and temp of local area which is a great touch. We live 6+ hours away from recipient (my mom) and can easily send pictures without a problem! It chimes when a new picture arrives which my mom loves! Picture orientations can be adjusted on the touch screen! 10/10 recommend! We’re also getting one for my in-laws, and our own house!

This frame was perfect for what we wanted. Picture looks great, frameo app was free, plenty of storage on the device, no cloud storage needed (or to have to pay for), & if WiFi goes out the pictures will still be on the frame. Controls are super easy which was important because our parents are not good at tech. Videos play interspersed with photos, frameo app was super easy. For $40 I paid, this was more than worth it considering other frames were over $100.

This item is great and so simple to set up. I love that you can share your code and have others send pictures to your frame. We’ve really enjoyed it and it lets you know when pictures/videos have been added.

I bought this as a gift, and it is so easy to use. Quick download of an app, and you're off and running. I've put probably 300 photos on the thing and have tons of storage space left. I shared access with family too, and it's fun to see photos pop up from them. Really great item.

This frame is amazing! Purchased it as a Christmas gift for my parents and ended up buying one for myself. It's easy to use. Purchase from this seller only. I purchased one from another seller and the quality wasn't the same. Ended up returning. Great gift idea. My parents LOVE it!

I have purchased 4 of these frames, and now I believe I made the wrong choice. I'm not totally sure if it's a software of hardware problem, but my frame is now a paperweight due to "critical error 1002". I first got this message after a power outtage not long after buying the frame. Apparently, if the frame is turned off in any other way than using the power button, you will likely get this error and the frame will not boot up. Last time this happened to me, I just kept restarting it and eventually it booted, but videos no longer played correctly, and about half of the thumbnails no longer showed in the gallery view. I could live with this. Most recently, I was unable to send photos to the frame as it showed as "offline". I finally used the "reboot" function, and once again, I got the red screen with error 1002. After many attempts to restart, I finally bought a 32gb micro SD to back up the frame, and do a complete reset. However, the micro SD fails to mount, and will not back up anything, let alone, reset the frame. And yes, the SD is properly formatted. I have also tried to reboot from the recovery menu by holding down the rear reset button. Once in this menu, I should be able to try some other options, but of course this won't work properly either because nothing does with this frame. You are supposed to be able to cycle through the options by pushing any button, and holding down any button to select. However, both pressing and holding down the one button on the frame both select. Basically, I'm unable to fix these problems with all solutions offered by frameo, or many too many searches on forums. It seems to be mostly a hardware issue given many parts of the frame dont seems to work, like SD card slot and power button function. But frankly, Frameo seems to be a very unstable application/OS if it can't handle the power going out. I should note this issue has happened with my other frame, but I was able to get that one back up and running and is so far okay... for now.

Achtung. Kommt mit falschem d.h. für deutsche Steckdosen nicht geeigneten Netzstecker. Inbetriebnahme war daher nicht möglich. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir den Rahmen verschenken wollten. Musst dann auf die Schnelle Ersatz besorgen. Rückabwicklung läuft noch, gestaltet sich aber umständlich wegen des internationalen Versandes.

Good value but as a purist the angle of view is a little restrictive so strategically position to view. Didn't come with appropriate power plug but did have appropriate voltage transformer. Amazon nor seller warned nor had algorithm to warn or upsell an adapter. Delayed setting up. Somewhat disappointing. ** EDIT: supplier has reached out, apologetic and have since sent out an appropriate adapter. ** The App' is a little clumsy but on the right path. All up good value but expect not the smoothest learning curve. I will buy a second to have a portrait and landscape choice. The frame's software has nice feature where full frame or cropped images. I can recommend based on value.
