I bought 2 and opened one only.I was excited but it is not what I was expecting. It doesn't have the connections I needed. Can't insert a USB directly. It just didn't work for me. The USB port doesn't take the most common Type C. It uses Mico-USB. Had I known that I needed to buy another USB type I wouldn't purchase it. Other than that seems to be okay.

Update of review below: Finally found a way to contact customer support via a link for a different model of Jazeyeah frame, and they were very quick and responsive to replace the misbehaving frame. I appreciate that, but I still find it discouraging how hard it was to make contact in the first place. The frame, as long as it's working, works well and meets my expectations.-----------Decent frame for almost 6 months but suddenly stopped working, displaying the frameo error code 1002. Suggested frameo.com fixes didn't work. Jazeyeah description says: "ã€1 Year Warranty】... contact us and we will provide you with a solution or a quick replacement at any time" but they sure don't want to be found. "Jazeyeah" name doesn't even appear on the product or the packaging.HOW DO I CONTACT JAZEYEAH??? There's no website or other contact info anywhere on the product or the packaging or Amazon web page.
