I was looking to grab a “beanbag†training ball for my kids, and came across these gems! I’ve never been a huge fan of the beanbag items because lets face it… they just aren’t balls! Sure they don’t bounce or roll much and the weight is the same, but they just don’t feel true to life. They throw and cradle differently and seem to stick in the pocket.This ball looks and feels like a real lacrosse ball. It’s a bit softer and bounces far less than a real lacrosse ball. The best part is that they handle exactly the same as a real ball!Although it bounces more than a beanbag, the liquid filled ball dramatically reduces time spent running and chasing stray shots and dropped balls.If you’re on the fence, here’s the no-brainer... You can get two PLAX balls for the same price as one of those repurposed hackey sacks!.

I got these specifically for massage, so I can't comment on how good they are for lacrosse. I also didn't realize that they're filled with water/liquid so that was kind of surprising. They are softer and more giving than regular lacrosse balls, so good for less intense trigger point release. Overall good but if I had to choose again wouldn't buy practice balls.

Anyone who plays lax knows regulation lax balls are hard rubber and bounce a lot and often very high if on cement or asphalt.These balls are great. They weigh the same as a regulation Lax ball and have a rubber shell. But the inside is filled with water so they don't bounce at all, but still give the feel of a Lax ball when throwing or shooting. So far only one has leaked (got rid of it). We will be buying more as they disappear over the fence, etc.

I bought these to practice with my 9 y.o. son. He is a beginner and whe we played in the front with a regular ball and one missed the catch the ball would be bouncing several houses down. Welp, no more! These barely bounce when the do it's a few inches which makes retrieving missed catches so much easier.We've had these over a month with solid use and they have held up well

this ball is filled with fluid and too soft for my needs, plus, it started leaking within 2 days of using it.

Does its job and great for those just starting and dropping the ball constantly. Don’t have to run as far and lighter weight so good for kids.
