Received these balls and they were exactly as advertised..... smaller and softer than typical LAX balls. I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but it says it right in the description. I wasn't sure what to expect from a soft lacrosse ball. But I knew the density changes the effectiveness of triggerpoint therapy and some people can't handle too much. These balls area great density! They have a little squish to them but they hold up under the pressure of body weight, which makes them a perfect variation of a traditional lax ball for triggerpoint.

I do not play lacrosse but if you do be known that these are youth sized and therefore smaller than regular ones. I liked them most for their size and I got them to use for muscle therapy and they work great. I think this size may be better for that purpose, at least for small areas of the body like arms calves and feet. I put two in a tube sock and tied it off on either side. It feels great up against a wall with your spine in the little gap left between the two and it helps loosen up the muscles that attach into the spine.

I bought these for my daughter who is 8 and playing her first year of lacrosse. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I have never touched a lacrosse ball. To my surprise these balls are super soft, will not injure you if ylu miss catching it, and are extra bright so you can easily find them in the grass. So far they’ve been great quality!

I should have read the listing more carefully, I included a picture with the Swax Lax ball and regular lacrosse balls for reference. They are smaller than a regular lacrosse ball but will work fine for practice in the yard.

Rubber bouncing balls that are painted. Dogs' teeth puncture them easily. It is not safe for dogs; supervision is necessary. Actually don't buy.These are Not the hard lacrosse balls. These are the training children's versions.They lose bounce after freezing. Not as expected or description isn't accurate at all.
