I needed an immersion blender, dedicated to soap making, and this is perfect for that task. The blender is powerful, easy to use, easy to clean, and came at a very reasonable price. It looks very well-made and durable.

I have only used it a few times but it has worked great for those task. These were small cooking items and it was better then getting out a big food processor.

As usual, when an item like this arrives and you read the instruction manual, you discover things that were not in the sellers description. The beaker holds 24 fluid ounces maximum. A decent size but not huge. The instructions say when making a drink with frozen fruit mixed with fresh fruit, only use a total of 8 to 10 fluid ounces, not counting the water or milk that you add. This is quite a modest amount. It also says to only run it for a minute, then let it cool down for a minute, which constitutes one cycle with a maximum of five cycles. I typically count the seconds rather than looking at my watch and everything is blended fine by 45 seconds. The turbo setting is recommended for most things. I am pleased that it can handle carrots when they are sliced up. I give everything a good stir with the fluid added Before starting the blender. I only fill it with liquid up to about 20 ounces and as the frozen fruit gets blended it rises up to about 24 ounces. Otherwise it may overflow. I wish it could handle slightly more quantity of produce. Seems plenty powerful enough. No overheating. The wand and the blending mechanism slide into place together easily with a solid click. Be sure to unplug it before cleaning. The wand and the blades are super easy to clean. It is very compact which is great if you have limited countertop space. Well constructed, not too heavy. Don’t pot the blending one too close to the bottom of the beaker when using it or the suction willdrag it to the bottom and it’s hard to lift it up. Keep it a few inches off the bottom. I recommend this item.

This is almost built well, but only lasted a few uses. It is too powerful for the stick wand, it actually sucked the cutting wheel and shaft out and now the blade protrudes out of the bottom and the motor just spins. I can push it up and use it, but in 5 seconds it gets sucked out again. No warranty nor do they sell a replacement bottom stick unit. It is close to being a good unit.Update: I contacted them thru customer support and they also contracted ,me thru amazon. Then sent me a new unit and this one works perfectly, we have used it a few times now and very pleased with it.I thank them for standing behind their product and making it good for me.

This is a great product! I make and sell homemade body butters and using this immulsion blender throughout my process leaves my creams silky smooth! Im thinking of getting another one for my culinary ventures! I love how easy and simple it is to use!

UPDATE: Well, I really wish it weren't so, but this thing already broke! I hate being right...ugh. The black plastic casing around the base where it attaches to the motor cracked DURING USE! Absolutely no reason it should have cracked, I was blending warm oil! Also, this thing has a dial on it to change speed - but it does NOTHING. I have it set all the way down to 1, and it's way WAY too fast. So, yeah, it's powerful, but if you can't control/change the speed, why is that dial even provided?? Changing the speed setting does nothing to change the speed at all, it is one consistent overly fast speed, and it does not change no matter where you place the setting. I'm totally frustrated and disgusted, you certainly do get what you pay for! Figures, only have had it for like a month lol. BUYER BEWARE!My Original Review:I purchased this for soap making as my kitchen aid blender stick finally bit the dust. This is light weight...and actually so much easier for me to hold with one hand. Also, the stick removes from the base, making clean up a BREEEEEEzzze. Perfect amount of power, easy to use, light weight, easy cleanup... what more can you ask for! Hope it lasts... don't think for one second I won't come back here and lower my rating and update my review if it doesn't lol. That is why so many people make bad purchase decisions... people give reviews right away, and then the product fails over the course of a few weeks or a month or so. So... really hope this lasts AT LEAST a year or longer.
