They are being used in our farrowing rooms to monitor night time temperatures and and they work great showing the highs and lows. Can easily change a battery when needed and the batteries can be purchased as well (2036 I think)

11 of 12 arrived in working condition. The battery was dead in the 12th. Replaced the dead battery in the 12th and cleared all 12. 2 hours later they were all 12 reading the same as my master thermometer so reasonable accuracy is assumed.

I got this 12 pack, thinking it was a great bargain. Well, I now think I should have paid more for less but better quality ones. These things ALWAYS flip from F to C. The screen goes blank (mind you they are supposed to be designed for fridge/freezer, so you would expect the cold to NOT be a factor, but it seems to very much be one). The magnet seems kind of useless as the inside of fridge/freezer is plastic or glass. And the hood bit can't latch onto anything in 3 freezer/fridges I tried. Also a couple of them were DOA (probably battery, but I didn't bother unscrewing them to find out since I had 12...) One even came upside down LOL!

We have multiple refrigerators that must be monitored daily, and these are extremely helpful for that. Must faster and more accurate that trying to read a mercury thermometer.

These were super convenient at first. The batteries are difficult to change, needing to remove all 4 screws on the back to accomplish. These don't work long in the freezer at all. Feel like I wasted my money on these. MY LESSON TODAY DONT GO WITH THE CHEAPEST THING YOU FIND!

We used them in our friges and freezer. They keep stopping and changing to Celsius. We will be returning them.
