Bought one for my daughter and her family and they raved about it so I bought a second! Hot water comes out hot and I use it for soups and such. The cold water isn’t freezing but it’s cold enough.

The water line was completely undone. It was not assembled at the factory. This was not caused by shipping. This cooler was packed very securely in three boxes. Water poured out of the back of the unite. Not a drip, I mean a stream. After looking at the back of the unit I could see the water line was there but not attached. I took the back apart and attached the water line. That was not the end of the problems although that fixed the water leak. The cold water side functioned just fine but the hot water side never did do anything but produce room temperature water. I am very disappointed with this unit and would not recommend it to anyone after reviewing other folks that have very similar experiences. I think I will try to return it but because I have worked on it I suppose I am now stuck with it. Its a shame an American company can't do better.Update: The Good news is the cooler was replaced very fast and the replacement works great. I am pleased that the return and replacement went very smooth. Great job Amazon!

Only worked for two months. Of course Amazon and the manufacturer said it was out of the time to exchange. So I have to ship back and reorder another. They would not do an even exchange.

Hot water will not come out hot cold water is slightly chilled but not cold cold like my previous water cooler from GE my old water cooler made by GE is extremely heavy to move solid and well-made. This product I could move with one hand might weigh 5 pounds completely flimsy and cheaply made And from the moment I got it does not work total junk don’t waste your time. Extremely disappointed in Frigidaire. Plan to throw it out.

Delivered on time by considerate driver. For the price, I found no other unit even close. Where I admit price was the driving force on this replacement item, I find the unit meeting all my needs without compromise: hot water for tea and cool water hydration. Looked for a cheap replacement and come up a winner.

Had this thing running for 6 months now. Still got the same hum and nice cool water. Good little unit compared to some of the larger more expensive ones. Only complaint would be it dispenses slightly slower than the Brio ones

Cold water could be better. Hot water is great. Only real complaint is that the water flow itself is pretty slow compared to some other dispensers I’ve used. Takes a while to fill up your glass

Love this compact cooler. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and it has encouraged our young adult children to drink more water as the ease of convenience is a must for that generation
