Q3. Can you adjust the hot temperature to a desired temp?
Answer:No you cannot set the temperature.
Q4. How to deal with odour?
Answer:Odour removal methods can use descaler or lemon water or vinegar to water can be soaked for a day to clean, belonging to the water dispenser common problems.
Q5. Does it make a noise? If yes, is it loud?
Answer: It was quiet and made no noise.
Q6.How to make the water dispenser work?
Answer: The small switch on the back of the cooling button, the water dispenser can only be cooled after it is turned on, and the yellow light is on when it is cooling.The heating is on the front power switch, the water dispenser can only be heated after it is turned on, and the red light is on when heating.
Q7. How long before it heats the water to boiling? And what is the total wattage of it?
Answer:It does not heat the water to boiling temperature. It heats up to greater than or equal to 95℃and the power consumption is 550W when cooling and heating functions are both ON.

I got this water container for my office to cut down on bottled water, and we absolutely love it! It's so convenient to have hot water on hand. I highly recommend it!

It leaks, water is not cold and it runs consistently,which would be expected IF it provided cold water, and did not make so much noise!Last night it started leaking with 1 gallon of water on my floors !

This water dispenser is so cheaply made I was afraid to put a 5 gallon water jug in it. You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and is built cheap. You don’t have to plug it in if you’re just using it as just a dispenser.
