My tip is clean screen with alcohol and also clean your hands with soap and then alcohol pads as well. Get everything as oil free as possible. Put the thingy down and then DO NOT TOUCH IT overnight so it sticks on really well. I made the mistake of trying to use it too soon and it popped right off. I put it back on and left it overnight and it works great now. I even used the same thingy since the adhesive looked clean.I’m using an iPhone 15 pro max. Everything works fine with it on. I read the reviews about these not sticking and thought "yeah, maybe people didn't install correctly or their phone screen was dirty".WRONG... the adhesive on these is completely insufficient.The vendor says leave them overnight so they can cure.WRONG...this sort of thin rubbery stick on adhesive does not really "cure"; it either sticks or it doesn't. This is not high quality adhesive such as 3M or other. It is very thin and slides around on the phone screen.Mine is all around every time I put my phone in my pocket or when I clean the screen. And because the lens cover piece is so sensitive to where it fully covers the lens, when it slides all over the place you have to keep moving it back into place and recheck to make sure the lens is covered.The sliding cover idea works well, quite delicate but this product is a fail unfortunately.So my strong recommendation is do not buy this product until they improve the adhesive.

These privacy stickers do work and they’re sized to fit well enough for such a small area. I recommend having the front facing camera app on the screen with the slider on the sticker to the open position when positioning and affixing to your screen, so you can make sure the camera lens is not obstructed in any way by the sticker or slider. Haven’t had any issues with the sticker coming off, I cleaned it very well before adhering it. However, 9/10 times when inside the silver button to move positions, it comes off the track. I’ve been lucky enough to get it back in, and not lose the button itself, but it’s become a big annoyance. I have to remember to move it very slowly and carefully to keep it attached, and even then sometimes it gives way. I’m not sure how the design could be changed without losing some of the screen surface or being able to keep it as slim of a profile it is.Works well enough for now until the day I lose that silver button. Luckily there’s a second sticker handy in case I do.

Yes first and foremost the adhesive tape is weak but if you have a screen protector you can find ways of making it stick. Mines went on well and haven’t had a problem with it. You just gotta find the best way to get it to stick on there. And clean your screens before applying. At least it’s better than just plain black.

Overall, its just sucks and cheap. I will be returning mine because the little cover kept falling off. Wanted to love it, but just can’t.

I’ve bought these types of slide camera covers so many times because I want to protect my privacy. They always fall off after a period. But these ones might be the most flimsy. They start to slide or just fall off when taking the phone out of your pocket a number of times. If you’re super careful, maybe you’ll keep it on for a few days weeks.

I didn’t think this would work well I figured it wouldn’t stick or it would fall off immediately but I got to say for the price and what it does it’s a great value. You will have to replace it every certain amount of time, after a few weeks to a few months, it will fall off.The piece of mind, knowing that it’s always closed and it still can recognize my face for facial recognition is awesome. The camera that you cover with it is not the same lens that looks at you for facial recognition so there will be no problems there .Sometimes it doesn’t last too long and other times it last really long but it’s not like I’m constantly replacing it. It’s easy to slide open and closed if you’re taking a selfie.For the security of knowing, it’s always closed and I have a camera cover on the other side as part of my case, I don’t mind buying a two pack of these every couple of months.Just get the right one for your model phone. That’s important & wipe screen a couple times with rubbing alcohol before sticking it.

Really great idea I just couldn’t get this to stick, even applied a layer of superglue around perimeter to no avail.Not worth the money. I bought 4 then gave up. Go with nano block until they come up with a screen protector that covers iPhone 14 pro max camer
