This part doesn’t have the mounting plate for the motor. You have to take the plate from your own part.The design version is different. But the mounting screw holes match. So I made it installed in my car.The rail dimension is a little off, see pictures. This cause it a little difficult to install the screws. Extra time was needed to install the whole regulator.

I purchased 2 rear window regulators for $42 each, and got my mechanic to install it for me. Honda would have charged me $600-$1000 for parts and labor. I paid less than $250 for parts and labor. No issues so far.
