Ordered this replacement part because of the good reviews, and I am fairly impressed, so far. The part looks and feels more robust than the OEM part, and installing was straightforward:: a quick search on YouTube turned up some good video demonstrations.Hand tools are sufficient to remove the old part and install the new one. The worst part of the job was freeing the vapour barrier enough to get at the mounting hardware. The whole job took me about an hour to do by myself.
