Maintenance and Repair of Window Regulator

The wear marks and carbon deposits on the surface of the motor steering gear should be sanded with No. 00 sandpaper. Diamond gauze should not be used.

This was a perfect fit. The polarity was correct (down switch moved the window down). The rails are not Pre-lubricated so you should consider adding a bit of grease where the white plastic slides travel on the rail when installing. This fits extend cab trucks with the small rear doors with no exterior handle that hinge at the back of the cab.

I had to drill hole in interior metal of door for the regulator to work. Was not quit identical to the original but I made it work. That was the single problem I had with the product.
