Good quality. Arrived in perfect condition. No screws or screw holes for mounting but that's what I wanted. Aluminum so easy to cut to length and easy to drill. Worked perfectly. I used this as a wooden step edge protector. Description of material says "wood, aluminum." I don't know why. There is no wood, just aluminum.

Had to do cutting and some bending to make it work. The aluminum is thinner than I was expecting so I made a good support and used a lot of adhesive. Looks good and I expect it will last longer than needed.

Used this inverted vertically as a door trim mold to keep my dog from chewing up the framing. Used some double sided tape and adhered it. Just snipped it around the door hardware. Works perfectly.

I needed this to cover a hole from a rotting window sil. Worked great for that. Thick enough to not be messed with by critters but thin enough to cut with tin snips. Fit perfectly in the sil for a temp fix

I was curious why these sills were so much cheaper relative to others. I also was surprised that each sill of the five I ordered were shipped separately. Each sill arrived in its own box with no obvious damage to the box. Each sill was wrapped full length in a paper sleeve. When I pulled the sills from the paper sleeves every one of them was bent. There is no doubt in my mind that these sills were shipped already damaged. That explains why they were shipped individually. Normally extruded products such as this are wrapped to protect the finish but then “spooned†together and shipped in one box. This makes a more rigid product to withstand the rigors of shipping and saves greatly on shipping. Because the sills are all bent they can’t be spooned together and must be shipped separately. I suspect that these sills, as seconds, are purchased at scrap prices, discounted relative to other sill products, shipped separately and a tidy profit is still experienced.You will get exactly what you pay for…scrap metal.

Ordered this to clean up our exterior front wooden door sill. After lightly scuffing the back with 100 grit sandpaper, used PL adhesive to do the installation in lieu of drilling holes and using screws. It was good to go the next day. This Frost King Door Sill Edging is a quality item that will also aid in both preventing slips this winter and further wear on the edge of the sill. Shipping was very quick. Recommended.
