Prompt shipping and the price was amazing. After replacing with these new parts my trimmer started right up. Oh, and the air filter, fuel filter and spark plug were correct and was a perfect fit.

The hole in the center of the air filter does not fit all air boxes. I’ve bought three of these and I just drill the center out by hand. Other than that it’s great

This kit was easy to install and after I did, my Stihl FS40C weedeater fired right up. Then I turned it off and restarted it a couple times without fail. It wouldn’t do that before the tuneup kit.

This kit was OK, but not OEM quality. The air filter in particular is much denser than the stock filter. The hole was also too small, I had to bore it out larger to fit over the screw boss for the filter cover. Plug was a brand I've never heard of, but seems to work fine.I was tuning up a used trimmer as a spare, so I didn't want to spend too much. If my trimmer was in good shape and used regularly, I would have gotten the kit from a Stihl dealer.
