I’m currently pregnant and work as a nurse in a busy trauma hospital. This pillow has helped my back tremendously. I recommend the pillow for all pregnant working mamas. I keep the pillow in my work locker and sit on it at work and it’s been helpful.

I bought this because my wife had tailbone issues and pain if her spine gets out of alignment due to rounding and hunching. I had intended for her to use it on the couch since she was using a combination of blankets and pillows that were doing a pathetic job. For the couch, it works great.She wanted to also try it for her office chair, and unfortunately it pushes her butt way out too far forward in the office chair to be comfortable.Overall very happy with this purchase

The arch was a little too intense for me so I have not been able to use this at all.I tried on both my office chair and the car and could not get comfortable with either one

I was pleasantly suprised by the excellent lower back support. It's firm to do the job very well, yet is still pleasingly soft and comfy somehow. The cover zips off to machine wash. And bonus that I didnt even realize was a part of this is a heat/freeze packet to treat sore muscles, which slips into a pocket. Great price for the quality and special features. So happy that I chose this one. Seems like it will last a long time too because of the guality.

I added this support to my office chair since I work from home, and it has done wonders to correct my posture and support my lower back!

The Good:I like this decently well. I'm actually using this as I write the review. The back support portion is really nice. it sits right above my glutes, and helps fill the gap in the small of my back so I don't round over. I use this for hours of the day. I had a lot of hamstring tightness before this, and that is mostly gone now after having that support.The Not So Good: It comes with this elastic strap, and it doesn't really do well at holding the cushion in place. It is constantly sliding around, which gets pretty annoying after a day of using it. So, of course I ratchet the elastic strap down as hard as I can to try and have it hold its place on the chair somewhat. That however starts to degrade the stitching where the bands attaches to the cushion and quickly the material started to come undone. I gave each side a quick and strong stitch to reenforce it, but its only a matter of time before i have to do that again.So I really like the cushion and that would get 5 stars. The strapping mechanism could have been better designed, I would give that a 2 star. at the end of the day, it helped my back and posterior chain. So still worth buying. Just be prepared to ghetto rig it some way.
