My truck was targeted to steal gas and they destroyed the gas lid. This product is a direct, perfect, replacement. 3 screws and this pops right in. Matches the OEM cover mechanism perfectly. I am very happy with the "do it yourself" inexpensive fix! I highly recommend this product!

Please read for easy install!!!! First off I’m a female and I installed this on my 2011 F150 ecoboost in 20 min with no issues at all and I’m in no way a mechanic. Do yourself a favor and watch a YouTube video first to see how to get the old one out and the new one in. If you know how it fits in you won’t have any issue installing it. When you close the lid there is a tiny bit of offset but not enough to matter. Also to get the old one out I just put my arm through the back under the fender well and pushed in the tabs on it to release it. You can use a hook screwdriver from the outside but it’s a pain in the butt and you risk scratching your vehicle. I did my research and had no issues at all. Now let’s see how long this one last.

I followed a Youtube video and it fit perfectly. I had to buy a 90-degree pick tool to get the old one out, so plan ahead and get one of those if you don't have one already.

Product fit as advertised; reviewed a couple of YouTube videos on how to remove the old one, install the new one, and it went perfectly. Total time with no experience was about 30 minutes. It’s a tight fit, but take your time, it was a perfect replacement for the original.

Great for the correct vehicle however did not fit my 2005 FX4 flareside .
