- The tips for longer service life of your fuel pump
- Keep your tank clean, Clean the tank regularly inside and outside to adviod any stuck issues. Replace the old stainer and pipe once you replace the new fuel pump to make sure all units are clean and not stuck.
- When you replace the fuel pump, keep in mind removing the remain fuel in your tank, It's important to make your fuel pump run a standard fuel the first time, And if possible, please use high quality gasoline to protect the fuel pump and your engine
- Do not add fuel when the fuel in tank runs out. Keep enough fuel in the tank to make sure teh fuel pump can be submerged in gas
- If possible, replace the filter regualary to adviod any potentional stuck issues
What situation do you need to replace the petrol pump:
The pump casing is broken: the gasoline smell in the car is heavy.
Centrifugal pump impeller wear: oil supply pressure is reduced, acceleration is weak.
Oil pump assembly failure,oil meter is not accurate, data is abnormal.
Gasoline pump check valve is damaged: causing pressure relief, causing difficulty in starting，hard to start.

Easy to install. Works as it should snd had all the parts needed. Simply pull the old one out and drop the new one in with the new seals and off you go.

Just installed today, good fit for 1996 GMC C1500 5.7L. Sounded strong good amount of pressure. Stopped my fuel gauge from jumping around.

Hello all I would like to give some feedback about this fuel pump assembly! I'm currently on my third one!First one lasted 2 months, drove it maybe 1000 miles and went out literally over night.Second one was installed and did not work right out of the box.Third one drove for maybe 50 miles went out of town for work for a month, got home try to start the truck....... no fuel pressure!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Save your time and effort and buy a good name brand assembly!!!!I never do this honestly but I feel like if I can hopefully help someone else from the same trouble in the future! Good luck!

Works great on my 1997 Chevy K1500 5.7L! The fuel pressure is just right, and I’ve been running it for a while now with no issues. It also fixed my fuel gauge, which wasn’t working properly. Highly recommend!
