Maybe I read the product details incorrectly or not completely? This is not a template in the literal sense. It's a flimsy thin sheet that comes with no directions on how to use it. Do you place it over a portion of your quilt and sew through it? Do you cut through it and use tailor chalk to trace the pattern on your quilt? I've no idea. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, which I am not ruling out, however; I am at a loss as to what this actually is and how to use it.

Poor product , was a pattern I wanted but don't know if I can get creases out ..Should have returned..Poor packing.

Neat idea but not what I thought. There is a screen over the design so you can't draw the lines. You need to buy the chalk stamper thing if you want to use this. Really didnt want to have to buy something else to make this work.
