Extremely nice quality, keeps the inside of the humidifier clean, prevents slime buildup, works well, nice fit, fun and a great value for the money. My humidifier has different color led lights, and all the colors look cute with the little fish in there, but the red looks like the cute little fish turn into pirrhanas.

In a location with very hard water, these have been a great addition for my humidifier tanks. I use 1 fish per tank per month and it is as easy as dropping it into the tank. The fish has no scent, but signifantly helps remove mineral buildup and the sour smell of hard water buildup. The fish looks nice in the tank and adds a bit of fun. Once I am through this pack, I will definitely purchase again!

These little fishies are bigger than I expected running about 2 inches in length. They float in your humidifier and have little pellets inside that help absorb chemicals in the water that normally leave hard water deposits in your humidifier tank. Makes cleaning your humidifier easy as pie! Just drop in and forget for a month or two and then replace as needed depending on your usage of your humidifier and hard or soft water conditions in your area of the country. These come in a variety of colors and they even have little sharks you can buy as well. Although the larger fish seem less likely to get clogged in a humidifier filter. Would buy again. Well worth it purchase. Work as described! Satisfied with my purchase and look cute too!

These fish work to keep even my old humidifier that already had lime scale buildup producing the right amount of steam. I wonder however, how environmentally responsible are the plastic fish as after 1-2 months, they have to be thrown away.

My humidifier (1 gallon) always had pink slime. I used two of these, and even when the rain started and the water stayed 2 weeks in the unused humidifier: no slime at all!Only one the humidifier fishes did not prevent the pink slime, but 2 did the job.

Easy to use and a great value but if you use distilled waterI'm not sure what these do. Feel I just wasted money. But they look cool!! And I'll try to have a whole school of them soon.
