Even though I have a water softener, my humidifer filled my bedroom with white dust. These cartridges solved the problem. Easy to use, just drop in. Much more economic than buying gallons of distilled water.

Do exactly what needed them for. Was experiencing horrible white film from humidifier and these stopped it.

My home is in an unincorporated area, therefore I am not connected to city water. Although my well water goes through a softener, I still experience white dust when using a humidifier. Because of this, I have not used a humidifier in a few years, but this cold winter made me try again. I purchased Levoitรขโฌโขs Oasis Mist Humidifier, and grabbed some of these. To my huge surprise, NO WHITE DUST! Iรขโฌโขve been using the humidifier for over two weeks with these inside, and there is no white dust anywhere. Truly amazed how well these work.

I tried several other brands of this type product, none of them worked! I called the man manufacturer of my Levoid, 6000S humidifier, these were recommended and boy do they work great! These are the ones to get!

I bought these to try to cut back on buying distilled water, so I was running tap water to get a baseline on these, visible in the picture from midnight til just before noon. After popping in the filter I noticed an immediate spike in air quality. Turned it off to see if maybe it'd get betrer by letting it sit in the water for a bit? Apparently that did nothing. Anyways, it only got worse as the day went on. So whatever is in these things somehow makes air quality significantly worse.

I bought this to help reduce white dust but it did nothing. I used in a past no name blue cartridges and those did help a bit. I thought these would be even better considering the price. It was waste of money. Do not recommend.

I've tried other demineralization options in the past, but this is the first that has actually worked. I have very hard water and after a week of using these cartridges, there still isn't any dust and I run my 10L humidifier pretty much all day. Glad to have finally found a solution.
