Absolute junk. Particle board, lots of air gaps so its not very dense. Undersides are not finished. Dowels provided are super brittle and some arrived fractured. smaller than your 12"x12" cube shelves

They are easy to assemble and look great but are smaller then expected, they are not the size of standard cube boxes

This was easy to assemble--maybe 20 minutes. The shelf fit under a raised dorm room bed and created great extra storage space. The cubbies are big enough for a stack of jeans or t-shirts or snacks.

I love these organizers, they are easy to assemble, they support weight, and they look good anywhere in the house where you put them. I took the brown one and I think it's very nice. The quality is good. I had already bought others here that I It was very easy to assemble, it supports weight, you can put books, lamps, even clothes in the drawers. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A NICE AND PRACTICAL GIFT, THIS IS A GOOD IDEA.
