I used this scuba light in the Red Sea, and it was incredibly bright. The battery lasted a couple of days while exploring dark coves. It illuminates a large area at night, so I often had to lower the brightness to the next setting. I'm buying another one for my wife, so I must think it's pretty decent. In a year will update about battery life. Wish I could find spare good batteries for this unit. Unit feels well made and so far worth the cost. Have used the Lazer, but not as an instruction tool, just fun.**Update:** We've had this unit since July 2024, and as of February 2025, the bulb has burned out—with no way for the user to replace it. The laser still works, so we know the battery is charged and functional, but the light won’t turn on at any power setting.Update: We've had this unit since July 2024, and as of February 2025, the bulb has burned out—with no way for the user to replace it. Dive equipment should always have replaceable parts. Fortunately, we have insurance, but if replacement parts were available, we could have fixed it on-site and continued using our underwater light for the rest of the trip.

TL;DR: This light performed exceptionally well and has both the power and features a recreational diver needs to have available on all dives. After taking this light with my family to Roatan for a week of diving, I was very pleased with it's overall design, capabilities and performance. With greater detail, the light is sized to act as an 'always with me' piece of gear, hooked onto my shoulder strap (I dive with a bp/w) and pulled out when I need to peek under a ledge or look into a crevace for something hiding away. It feels solid in your hand, yet doesn't get in the way when you're not using it like a larger canister light would. The manner in which the light assembles (screwing apart at the midpoint rather than the head or tail) was well designed with double o-rings and felt secure and easy to maintain. In use, the first thing that stood out was the 1.5 second hold-to-turn-on single button power button. I very much appreciated this as it eliminated the accidental power ups that I've seen with other lights where there isn't as significant of a delay. Once on, the light is increadibly powerful. During the day dives, there was zero problem lighting areas, and on the night dives, I rarely was using it on anything but the lowest power - yet still able to light the area I was looking at with remarkable brightness. All that said, the feature I was most surprised with was the green laser that is included. This is the first light I've owned with this and I found it increadibly useful! More times than I could count I was highlighting something I saw to my kids or my wife in order to capture a picture. Looking forward this would be something that is now a key feature in any future lights I get for the family without a doubt.

Ok, this is maybe a perfect diving light. It is bright. Its burn time is fantastic. It is very well made. The quality is very good. This torch has a feel of a very expensive light for a fraction of a price. It really is a bargain! This light comes with a battery charger and spare o-rings (it has double o-ring seal). This will be my new primary light and as well made as it looks - it should last.Strong work nitescuba!

This from the item listing:“ Designed with USB-C charging interface, which is convenient for you to charge. Remove the tail cap, you can charge the flashlight with a USB-C cable(Package included). Don't need take the battery out to charge it with a battery charger. Charging time: 3 hrs.â€The tail cap is non-removeable. They outright lied in the description above. You HAVE to open it to remove the battery to charge.Blatantly deceptive and false advertising.

I took good care of my light but I work as a part time dive guide so it got used well. Laser died after a month. After 5 months I have to hold the button down to keep the light on. When it was working it was awesome. I messaged the company through Facebook and after verifying the issue through video, they sent me a new in the box replacement light. Great customer service. I hope this 2nd light holds up!

Es muy buena, la use en 11 buceos por ahora y sin problemas, es muy pesada por la bateria, lo unico malo es que el laser verde se activa luego de pasar por todas las luces, seria mas util tenerlo en un boton separadoEs muy recomendable
